Group Rate - for 10 or more working adults $60 per person

 

How to Register

  • Fill in all required fields in the Registration Form.
  • Choose the Conference Fee that is applicable to you. Fee is inclusive of all materials, tea breaks, lunch and dinner on the two Conference Days, 22 & 23 June 2018. Admission to the Public Night Rallies is free.
  • Registration is only confirmed once payment is made.

 

How Do I Pay?

  • Modes of payment for online registration will offer Interbank Transfer and Cheque
  • Cheques will need to be made out to: National Missions Conference. Write your name, mobile number and email address on the back of the cheque and mail to GoForth Conference Secretariat, Raffles City, P.O. Box 1052, Singapore 911736.
  • Interbank Transfers may be made to: OCBC 712 490 796 001.
  • Registration is only confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
 

Group Registration

  • Group Leader must first register his/her Name and E-mail Address. This registered Name and E-mail Address will be used for subsequent registration by the individual group members forming the Group of 10 or more.
  • Please opt for "Register as Group" on the Registration Form.
  • To enjoy the Group Rate, group payment has to be made collectively by the Group Leader.

 

Overseas Participants

Email admin@goforth.org.sg to register. Once registration is complete, we can hold your place for you. Kindly make payment on-site at the Conference Venue by the the morning of 22 June 2018.
